Great location, close to many shopping areas and city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the complimentary kettle and hair dryer. a pleasant experience.
I found the bathroom tiles to be dangerously slippery, so be sure to use caution. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the central location.

A handy base for our vacation, will be returning here soon. The rooms met expectations. Masjid maulani dahlan was located in the immediate surroundings.

The hotel's location is convenient, being situated near many malls and close to the city center. I appreciated the helpful staff and room service, and the room was pretty clean. the hotel also had a quick taxi service available.
There was no compensation or alternative room offered when the hotel staff overbooked and could not give me the room I had reserved.

We had a great time in this hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful, including the room service staff who did a great job in keeping the rooms clean. The hotel is located near many malls and a few minutes away from the city center. We enjoyed the quick taxi service, which made it easy for us to move around this city.

The hotel's central location was very convenient for my business trip. the staff members were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they provided a water kettle and hair dryer upon request without any extra cost. the quick taxi services made it easy for me to get around the area.
there were no hand towels provided which made it difficult to dry my hands.
